You can also use this method to market your own product. We know it can work, but you have to get the basics right. The basics of building a list of people who want to hear from you, crafting a message, and ensuring the emails get through to those on that list. This isn't for everyone though. So if you are interested in email marketing i would do my research first to ensure your emails meet legal requirements. There is also software and services that offer features, tools and templates that help. All this comes at a cost of course, you might have to pay as much as $10 a month for a web-based service or $100 for software. If i were to start e-mail marketing out of the research i gathered, i would use AWeber or Mailchimp, because they are inexpensive. AWeber is affordable and provides everything for you to get started. It is only $1 the first month then $19/mo . Mailchimp i have personally used for newsletters and is free to use.
